All of our fencing installations and materials here at Northland Fencing are backed by a 10-year labor warranty. We take pride in the work we provide to our customers and community. We’re a family-owned business native to Minnesota. We understand what it’s like to live here and the importance of being able to buy a product and service you can trust. This is why we’re completely honest and upfront about our quotes, estimates and during the installation process.
Northland Fence warrants the original purchaser that the installation of the fencing products will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the installation.
Coverage:
- This warranty covers labor and workmanship errors encountered under normal use and conditions.
- Under this warranty, the Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, any parts of the fence that prove to be defective due to improper workmanship.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, theft, vandalism, acts of nature, or alterations made by anyone other than the Company.
- The warranty excludes incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, inconvenience, or damage to property.
- Normal wear and tear, weathering, and damage caused by environmental factors are not covered under this warranty.
Claims:
- Claims under this warranty must be made in writing and delivered to the Company within of discovery of the defect. The Company reserves the right to inspect the fence and verify the claim.
- All repairs or replacements under this warranty will be performed within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days of claim approval.
Transferability:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
General:
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty supersedes all prior warranties and representations, whether expressed or implied, and is the only warranty provided by the Company concerning the workmanship of the installed fence.
